Very expensive with extra charges for day guests among other outrageous things. It’s hard to go outside of your RV and not break one of their rules. Most unfriendly KOA we ever stayed at and we have stayed at a lot of them.
The sites are large and well maintained. The FHU includes basic cable TV and 50 amp electrical service.
Linda’s brother has a year round condo at River Oaks and this park is close to his condo. He get’s a lot of golfing comps and it helps equal out our overall costs for staying at the KOA.
