Florida was our home for more than 23 years and our children & grand children live there so we visit there often. Usually we spend our stays at one of the military RV Parks. Sometimes when the military Parks are full we will stay at one of the large RV Parks out by the airport. Over the years that area has grown tremendously making those RV Parks more and more desirable.
Flamingo Lakes always has some improvement project in progress. It’s truly a RV Resort with great amenities and luxury waterfront sites available. Browsing the link below is highly recommended if you're planning a stay in the Jacksonville area.
To give you an idea of site sizes and ease of parking, our site in the picture below was E24 on the park map. The motor homes in another picture are in the luxury waterfront sites.
